My top doesn't really close all the way

yes, yes I do...and its annoying as shit because of the wind noise and if it rains really hard, it leaks pretty good...never been able to figure it out, I just chalked it up to a bent soft top frame

ive tried the whole shim thing on the strikers and even got the updated hard top strikers to try and fix it, but nothing has worked

yep and figured out how to fix it too. I accidentally forgot to latch my top and was on track @ 80 mph when it popped open.

Fix:

With the front portion of the top at about 45 degrees, manually pull the top down with both hands evenly distributed. Once all the way down (to the seal), retract the top using the electic switch/motor. This will realign the frame and it should close fine after that. Repeat if necessary. Mine was fine for about 3 weeks and then I had to do it again...all good for the past 4 months now

so how do you pull the roof down manually since you'd be fighting the motor?

You will need two people one to pull the top and one to press the button make sure it's even force cuz the top won't be even and btw it work no more gap thanks a lot again
