Driver side window replacement

Driver side window replacement
My driver side window was shattered. It was replaced today and once I left the shop, I realized the window was 1. Rolling up and down extremely slow 2. Wouldn't roll up all the way. Once it got to the top inch or so, it's running into the rubber molding on the front windshield and completely stopping. 3. After a few more tries, the window is going so slow that it's stopping half way up.
The motor and regulator worked just fine the day it broke so I wouldn't think they could have been ruined but I'm not an expert on the subject. A quick Google search didn't yield any results. Tomorrow I'm taking it back to have them try to loosen some things and try to refit it in.
I was curious if anyone has ran into the same problem or if the window replacements aren't the same perfect size? Any ideas?

Took the car back.. They tried loosening things and retightening them... It works like 10% better but is still extremely slow. They greased up the rubber on the windshield and that helped but let's be real, I'm not going to start making greasing my windshield so my driver side window will roll up, a regular maintenance lol. Basically it still sucks.

Although I have not adjusted my windows, I know from the maintenance manual (and other posts) the windows are fully adjustable to make a good fit with the top to prevent moisture intrusion. These are not like standard windows you replace and you are done. You can play with it yourself, find someone who has done it. Not sure if a dealer would be the way to go. Not that hard just time consuming.
