front clip question ap1 / ap2

Looking to purchase a front bumper clip that was installed on an ap1 and want to know if it will fit an ap2?

from my knowledge they are exactly the same. ap1 conversion to ap2 is just a swap of the bumpers

Yeah they mount up the same but you need to shave down the re bar if you are putting an ap2 bumper on an ap1 or else your paint will crack in front of the headlights
