Default AP1 Rear Bumper on an AP2 question about brackets

Ok -

So i've read that when converting from an AP2 bumper to an AP1, the middle mounting brackets have to be cut or welded because they hang lower. My question is (based on the assumption that the bracket mount points are in the same location on an AP1 and AP2):

can the AP2 brackets be taken off and AP1 brackets be used instead?

if so, what part number is it?

Part Number Reference

thanks in advance for your input!

i thought it was welded onto the chasis and you can either bend it or cut it?
