Percy's Super Spray Mask

Percy's Super Spray Mask
I tried this product on my CR for a trip from Cincinnati to Atlanta for Petit LeMans last weekend and am very happy with the result. I had been looking for something to put on my Lotus's rockers, nose and quarters to protect for track events in addition to the clear bra already there, and Percy's will definitely work.
The product goes on milky white and dries pretty quickly to a clear, peelable finish that is quite hard, not porous and not affected by rain. After almost 1,200 highway miles there is no visible damage or breaks in the material. You can roll it on with a foam roller or spray on with a paint gun. The mfr says you can leave it on for up to four months.
I used just under a quart to apply two coats to my front bumper, hood, front fenders, front/rear quarters and an 8" strip on the leading edge of my roof. Application time was no more than an hour per coat.
I chose the roll-on method using a couple of different size foam rollers and some painters tape here and there. Two coats resulted in a ~2 mil thick coating and a semi-gloss textured finish. Someone good with a paint gun could achieve a smooth, glossy result. Using painters tape in spots gives you a straight edge that's easier to get under for peel-off later. BTW I applied it right over the Expel clear bra that is already on my car's nose and mirrors. I expect peel-off will take about an hour.
The link below from one of the Dragon photo sites shows how the finish looked when rolled on. If the link doesn't work right, look for ZeeFoto.com's 9/30/10 Shade Tree pictures starting with #323:
