Default Touch-up Front Lip

So I scraped my front lip on a parking space bumper yesterday. I now have a 6 x 1/2 inch scrape on the visible part of the lip. I've been searching the forums for about a half hour but all the touch-up articles are on the body of the car. I'm wondering if there are special instructions for the lip since it's urethane and not aluminum. Also, I know the Honda NFR paint dries darker than expected, is there an alternative?

Here is a excellent source for OEM paint in a variety of sizes from pens to quarts. They even offer clear and have a great resource of how to's.

Thanks! I read the how-to and it's pretty clear, but..do I need to use primer? The scrape is white in color, I'm not sure if that's deep enough to require primer.

I would use the primer, it will also act as an adhesion promoter for the finish coat(s).
