yikes! clear coat failure?
Just noticed on my the top of my drivers side rear quarter panel.
It is a patch of what looks like little holes in the clear coat, I tried to rub it with my finger and that did nothing. Is this common on NFR? Do I need to get it painted or just recleared?
-Nick.

Sux! I'm a painter, and it sounds like your clear coat is what's called "laminating". It was def re-painted at some point... The only way to fix this is to re-spray it... The bodyshop will need to apply paint and clearcoat. Also depending on the area, the paint might need to be blended for proper color matching.... Sorry bro.
Damn. Thanks guys, I think I'm going to hold and see if it spreads anymore. Right now it's so small that I'll live with it. If it spreads I'll have the whole rear (from doors back) painted. The whole front end was just painted too!
