Default Brake line install question

I am going to be changing out my rear calipers and also installing 4 new SS brake lines this weekend. Are there any and tips on reducing the amount of air that will be present in the system or just keep and eye on the level in the master so that is does not go empty? Can I do the gravity bleed after install or will I have to do it the traditional way since the lines were removed off the car?

start with the line where it connects to the hard line on the frame of the car then do the caliper will minimize the fluid loss.

I would also start with a pump bleed then do a gravity bleed after if you wanted.
