According to the Offical Springs Thread, here are the spring rates for the various model years:

OEM Spring rates by year (front/rear)
MY00-01 = 218/291
MY02-03 = 240/230
MY04-07 = 256/207
MY08-UP = 274/225
MY08 CR = 375/264

I'm sure the dampers have been changed along with the spring rates but I can't find any info on it. it would make sense.

The difference between 240 and 256 is pretty small so I wouldn't worry about it.

Aside from spring rates, sway bar sizes and alignment, were any of the actual geometry changed throughout the years? By actual geometry, i mean control arm lengths, wider track etc.

The rear geometry on the AP2 was changed to minimize the bumpsteer. as far as I know the front geometry stayed the same.

Good info here but springs alone don't do the trick. Honda made changes in the sway bars every time they change the springs. Let me see if I can find the info. If you looking to replace your springs with from a newer s2k ( or from a new to old that depends of your taste) you should do it with the sway bars to have a good balance
