help! removing front control arm
The bushings on my control arms are toast. Thought this job would take me few hours but now I cant get the control arm to come out from that bushing... any thoughts?

bro there is a metal sleeve that goes into the busing from the bottom. you have to get a flat head screw driver in there and wiggle that bitch out because its holding the busing in place.
so remove the 17mm bolt from the bottom and then get a flat head screw driver and wiggle that sleeve out.
then the arm will come out very easily

I tried that but there was no room for the flat head. Yes I removed the 17 mm bolt in the bottom. In all honesty, this is a bitch bolt to get out.
