Default Front Lower control arm... HELP QUICK PLEASE

I am trying to replace the front lower controll arm on the S and I cant figure out how to get the rear alinment bolt out .... any ideas???

It bolts together and thats all i remeber, you need to be more specifc

never mind I figured it out... there is a bolt that goes through an alignment cylinder and the whole cylinder slides through the bushing .... the bolt came out easy but I was struggling to figure out how the cylinder came out ... after extensive head scratching I figured out that it just slides out .... it didnt want to come out becuase there was still tension on the controll arm because it was bent
