ISC Coilover Review

I've been considering these! The VW/Audi shop I go to highly carries/recommends ISC and has had good experiences with them. I know they're assembled in the USA but I wonder where they are manufactured
Also I noticed this on their page:
"ISC Suspension’s 5 year Limited Warranty does not apply to the following:
1. Any products that are used on public roads, highways, and or government maintained roads or non-motorsport roads or tracks.
2. Any products not purchased through an authorized ISC Suspension dealer. Dealer List can be found here: ISC Suspension Dealers
3. Any products that show abuse, improper installation, or collision.
4. Any products that have been altered in any way.
5. Seized Collars, ISC Suspension recommends using anti-seize on all collars to avoid this."
..So it appears they won't accept the warranty if they are used on the street. Do you know anything about this?

I noticed that on their site as well, but I think it is a typo. I have heard their customer service is great and those were just regular street cars. I actually just asked them about that note and they said it's written that way for liability reasons but street driven cars are still covered under warranty.

I also have ISC coilovers.
The rears go very low, I'm on 18's and Im a finger away from sitting on the rim.
Unfortunately, I cannot say that about the fronts. The front coilovers do not go very low at all; I am maxed out in the front and Do not even tuck the tire. I am currently rested right on the tire.
I need to figure out a way to achieve another half inch-1" lower in the front.
Also, how do I know what the dampener setting is at? I have no idea which number (0-32) each coilover is currently at. It just clicks, and I click all the way to one side, but it just keeps going. Strange.
