Default Koni Yellows & ?

I have decided that a set of coilovers is really over kill for my occasional HPDE days. So I am now looking at putting on a set of Koki's Yellows (Unless anyone else has suggestions). Problem is I am trying to determine which spring to use, maybe I am over thinking it but it would be nice to know before I buy the springs. It seems most aftermarket company’s use a heavier rear spring than front though the CR used a heavier front than rear. However using a heavier front bar and 255's at all four corners I am more inclined to think that a equal front and rear would be a better bet. Now I don't want to lower the car much 1/2" is my goal but no more than 3/4". I think that my best bet is to run adjustable perch’s but I am unsure if there are any reliable ones out there.

As for the sway bars I had hoped to buy a Saner front but since I am unable to purchase one I will probably buy an Eibach front adjustable and use a factory rear bar from my 2001 or I have a spare CR. Unless I can find another that will be a better match to my set up.

Stock AP1 with 39K Miles
Use = Street and Occasional HPDE and Autocross
Sway Bar = Eibach Front Adjustable and OEM 2001 or OEM CR Rear Bar (I have both to test for now)
Wheels & Tires = 9" Front and rear w/ 255's
Desired Ride Height = 1/2" Drop

Any Input would be appreciated!

I've been eying the Koni/Swift SpecR setup for my AP1. Curious to see what you end up choosing.

After doing some research I think the best spring will actually be a non-variable rate CR, coupled with the Koni's it should make for a good combo. I am doing some more reasearch now on other combinations.

Today's potential setup
-Koni Yellows
-CR Front Springs
-00-01 AP1 Rear Springs
-Eibach Adjustable front bar
-CR Rear Bar or 2004-2009 Rear Bar

I am sure most have already seen this but this is a GREAT thread!
