Ive run Delrin bushings on cars before. They're fine, but not maintenance free. The price I've seen on 4 offset bushings is pretty steep too...

I was figuring I could get 1/8" on the offset spherical which would give me an extra 0.5 deg or so. Enough for what I'm looking for.

I might actually get a run made if there was any interest. I've made a lot of stuff for Nissans over the years.
