the change is linear since they are linear springs.

you're just moving the spring up by adding preload.

so you shorten the bracket to compensate 1:1.

My kit is more than 1 year old, so should be 10/8kg version.
I will start with Ohlins recommended settings: lenght and preload (2mm front, 9mm rear).

I still don't understand why we could not drop the car more than 1" with standard preload. In the settings instructions (link you gave me), ohlins says:
"With both the preload and height adjustments in their standard positions, the vehicle is lowered approximately 25 mm when compared to the original suspension. The adjustment range is the standard
position±15 mm. "
That means we can adjust the drop from -10mm to -40mm compared to oem, right?

I think, supposedly, you are riding on the bumpstops. If you want to go as low as -40mm, it is recommended to get the SBG rear cups.
