Default One side sits lower!

So I bought my S2K with Tein lowering springs on it. It's obvious from even driving the car looking down the hood that the passenger side is lower. I do have a slow leak in the R/F tire. I was hoping it was just tire pressure. I reset all tire pressures and measured with a tape and R/F def. sits a half inch lower! I checked the springs real good during my safety inspection and they don't appear to be broken. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions other then pulling both assemblies out? I plan on switching to coils anyway eventually, but right now I don't have the extra cash.

It could just be a variance in the spring or it isn't seated evenly on the spring perch. Its also possible the bolts were tightened while the car was still up in the air, which would have thrown off the preload.
