exactly.

i had Tein Monoflex with 12/10 springs and they couldn't be called soft.
moved to 10/8 and ride was significantly more comfortable but with body roll at turns and on big dips they slamed the bump stops.

now with KW v3 wich are ~8.4 all around and there is a body roll but this was cured by high bump dumping. with moderate rebound i still feels comfortable.

so - this all about combination with shock and also about what you're trying to achieve....

sucks to hear, seems like alot of fortune auto owners all have the same complaint about the ride being too bouncy. Im guessing they didnt valve them correctly..
I mean...if you request a race/autox valving...that's what you're gonna get.
not entirely no, Ive been in s2ks with track tuned suspension (jrzs, and penskes) and not a single one did I consider them to be bouncy, stiff yes, bouncy no. Ive read more than enough accounts of stock fortune auto setups and those with modified damping and it still seems that this shock in general lacks rebound.

They are revalving as of yesterday. I should get them back soon. Sucks if I miss Evans meet. Bought these coilovers July 27th.
I'll give a report once installed and aligned once again.

Received my coil overs back today.
12k swift up front and 11k in the rear. Valving was set way tighter this time, somewhere near a 14k spring.
Rides better than what I anticipated. Better steering response, firm over dips and softer on rough roads then what I expected.
I'd like to say that if your thinking about fortune auto coil overs, get them. Customer service, Terry and Chris are very understanding with what their customers want.
Built in USA and the rebuild time to my specs was completed fast.
My s2000 rides awesome.
Cannot wait to align and get this girl on the open road.
Thanks fortune
