What the hell are the white nylons tie straps for?

Height adjustments, I know how to adjust them when they are off the car. Can you adjust height with them installed without messing with the main springs' preload?

These coilovers are suppose to be preset from the factory, but the driver side front and rear sit 1/4" lower than the passenger side. I worry because I have 255 on all corners and I can't fit one finger between the tire and fender on driver side. Passenger side I have one finger gap. Anyone have the same experience? I do have a poop load of camber right now so hopefully I won't smash my fender to sh*t. I had 2.7 front and 2.4 rear on CR shocks before lowering on HKS.

 

I believe the white zip ties are for tieing the brake line clip to the shock if you don't use the oem bolt/nut.
You can adjust them with the shocks being on the car.
