happens to all the centric bolts on our car if they r not broken once in a while . this happened to me in all four corner on the shell that i bought. had to sawzaw all the arms out of the subframes and buy new ones along with new centric bolts. all of them are metal to metal contact so it dosent hurt to have them lubed when u reassemble everything. i lube all bolts and nuts when i do anything to the car. kinda sux honda didnt do this from the factory.

It happened to mine when I first bought mine too.

What you should do is go find an alignment guy willing to airgun the toe bolt slightly left and right while watching the alignment specs on the monitor. He should eventually see the toe angle fall into spec.

The Honda stealership originally told me I would need to get the lower control arm cut off, replaced and then aligned again.

I said screw that, and then promptly went to Firestone and got their alignment specialist do the airgun method.

I had the same problem. The bushing actually broke. The bolt was seized to the inside metal part of the bushing. After a day of PB blaster not working i torched it and it finally broke loose.
