Default Tein Flex Z setup advice.

I picked up a new set of Tein Flex Z's to replace my Koni Yellows and Skunk 2 springs.

My S2000 is a daily that I occasionally track so I'm looking for some advice on how other owners of these coilovers have set them up. I don't really have much experience with setting up the dampning, etc so I'd like to hear what works.

Thanks in advance.

Start at full stiff.

Go for a drive.

Click back one click.

Go for a drive

Click back one click....

you get the idea.
Remember not go go past 16 clicks. Or you might damage the shock.

That's probably the only advice that's solid.

To add on to this
Adjust one end (front or rear) at a time

It's helpful to have a good test loop with variety of speeds of mid-corner bumps so you can see how the car reacts differently with shock changes.
