Default Tein flexies. help

My ap1 has tein flex coilovers, right now they are all on softest setting, what is the best setting for superior handling?

Full soft is way too soft IMO. I have them 5 clicks (front) and 7 clicks (rear) from full hard.

Is making the rear stiffer better for handling?

softer will make the rear feel more squishy. harder will make it more twitchy. There will be a trade-off for however you want it to feel. You need to find your own sweet spot to where it's perfectly in the middle.
