Uneven ride height PSS9 help!

Have you tried disconnecting the swaybar? Maybe you mentioned it before in the thread, but since this has been going for several days now I honestly do not remember.
The swaybar could be messed up somehow and pushing one side up and other down even sitting at ride height. Just disconnect the end link from one side, and swaybar is no longer active. See if that changes anything.
But first, do what B has been saying, park the other way around. A drain in the middle means its a complex subtly cone shaped floor. So I could see where floor could be flatter where front wheels are. Maybe when you park backwards now the front will be uneven, and rear will be ok.

I'll try turning the car around tonight and see what happens. I highly highly doubt that's going to change anything though.

Turning the car around will do nothing. If the floor for RF and LR is lower than for LF and RR, the same will be true if you park it backwards...
Find a known flat surface.

Soooooo apparently having a perfectly level garage floor is key to properly adjusting ride height......
Ride height is now where I want it all around, no issues.
Hopefully this will by helpful to someone in the future!
Thanks all!

Well the floor I adjusted it properly on was my father in laws garage he built for building project cars. He makes/alters his own frames so he had to make 100% sure the floor was level.
When I brought the S2000 over, he pulled out a 6ft or so level and set it on the ground multiple places, perfect.
My garage is just a typical 2 car attached garage with a drain in the middle... the slope isnt extreme or anything but maybe I have some low/high spots that are tough to see? Who knows.

There is a drain. Water only flows down hill. If water actually flows down the drain, the floor isn't level. Since drain is in the middle, the floor would actually have to be a complex cone shape (squarish at the outer edges, flowing smoothly and subtly towards the middle from any direction).
So yeah, not level AND not flat (not a single plane).
