Default Spoiler side protector mounting

So after sifting through all the pages. I am still confused as to which is the correct way the side protectors should be mounted on the body for the spoiler. Seems like all threads are he said she said type shit.

Is it flat side or slanted side up? Also Curious height wise how far it sits up from the channel area?

Any chance some one can post a picture of them on an actual cr, not a clone.

I for one am confused........... when you say spoiler side mounts are you referring to the front or rear spoiler? I think the problem is your description of the parts involved.
I'm sure a CR owner can help you once we have narrowed down the parts involved.

The rear spoiler I mean. The 2 pieces that go on the body not the actual trunk lid.

Sorry for confusion.

in the 3rd picture down on that link. That is the correct orientation of the side pieces.

Yes, that is the trunk compartment reenforcement piece. This diagram may help you determine the reenforcement placement.
