What year is your S2000? In an AP1, #9 is the audio unit & accessory power socket
and #22 is just audio unit, per the Helms service manual.
It could be different in an AP2, in which case it would be great if you could list
which fuses are for the accessory socket and audio unit so that other people
with this problem have it documented.

 

think he said it's an 01 and maybe he misread fuse 9 as 19
