'06 Roll Bar Cover Speakers
John and I talked about this, briefly, in another post but it's not come up since so I thought I'd make a topic for it.
First, is it as easy as buying the newer front parts of the covers and snapping them in place. Just talking body panels here, not the speakers, wiring, etc.
Second, if the above will work, what size speakers does it hold? I'm guessing 3" but I've not had a chance to pop them apart and look (dealers get twitchy if you start taking the one in the show room apart, trust me on this
)
Third, cost. I'm assuming, as usual, Hardtopguy will have them the cheapest, but has anyone asked about the price of these yet?
Wiring would, of course, have to be run, that shouldn't be an issue, it's easy enough to get wires back there. And, if you're running a rear mounted 4-channel, you'd have an even easier time.
Oh, and to anyone who has looked in one yet, Honda changed some other things too. Most of the silver parts are now black (except the radio door) including the surrounds around the controls and the center console cubby cover. Is pretty slick looking.

I don't have first hand knowledge about the roll bar covers, but I have read other post. It has ben said that there are some parts that break when you seperate the roll bar covers, and they cant' be put back together properly.
I looked at a new S2000 at the dealer last week. I hate the new seats, didn't sit in it , but I think the leather looks cheap. I didn't like the grain of the leather and I dont like the headrest part of the seat as much as the earlier models with the hole in them.
Just my .02
