well i see there have been a few sporadic posts, sorry i haven't checked this thread for awhile.

YES, those are MY04 exhaust tips. i ended up cutting about 1.5 inches off the stock pipe with a sawzall since they stuck out too far. everyone loves them, even people who don't know they are from a different year. looks very non-stock.

the fast-blinking seems to be the biggest issue. bending the wires on the bulb should do the trick - the idea is to get the brake light filament to light up for the turn signal - otherwise the other filament doesn't draw enough power and the turn signal blinker dealy thinks a light is out and blinks fast to alert you. the real fix is to spend $10 or so and get the correct sockets from honda. i get my stuff at a big discount from www.hondaautomotiveparts.com. look through the pictures and order a pair - better yet, 4 and do the reverse lights correctly. my hazard lights always blinked properly, apparently that blinker doesn't employ the "light blown" quick-blink feature, since the idea is to make your car visible as a "hazard". something else must be going on s2lovely.

imo grinding some plastic tabs is a heckuvalot cheaper than $300 for a wiring harness, even though it's not perfect. but you'll never need to unplug them again, and they don't show.

I have not had any problem with this on my S2000 ... absolutely no fast blinking.

This is a great post. I followed the instructions perfectly and had no problems.
Between a friend and I, we got it done in under an hour.
Thanks.

For you baseball fans, here's a picture in front of Wrigley. There's a lot of construction, so it's hard to get close.

We are currently in the process of doing this conversion. The body cutting is done and everything fits flush but now onto the wiring.

I've read this guide and I am still a bit confused on what to do with the rear side parking light plug on the car? Can someone explain what must be done with this plug since there is nothing in guide about it (or if there is I don't quite understand.) thanks

Well I finished the wiring, I just shoved the rear running light sockets away with some electrical tape over the tips.

Otherwise great article! It was 100% accurate step by step! Thanks again!
