You will need to use the 530t window module with an aftermarket keyless entry system in order to make it work. It will also give you control of the windows by remote.

 

You can use the 530t with an aftermarket security system but if you just want to have the auto window up and down you can just install the 530t and not connect it to a security system the auto up / down feature will still work.
