Looking for some help here. Keep in mind that I am car audio illiterate. I just want to hear my music (loud) and not be embarassed to show things off

I currently have:

I would like to use the inner driver's side of the trunk for a sub enclosure and replace the amp. I'm not opposed to losing the spare, but my goal is to free a little more trunk room as the current enclosure is in the trunk well. I can take pictures if needed. Down the road (not this time) I will upgrade those Infinity Components to MB Quarts

My local Car Audio store wants me to go with two 8" JL Subs and a full JL 600 watt amp for the whole thing - haven't really discussed pricing, but they know how I am

I don't want to come out of pocket more than $800 and I think I can sell the current enclosure and amp for $200-300, so figure $1,000 to play with total - including install.

Thanks in advance for any help - please remember that I am just about car-audio illiterate!

This car is WAY too easy to spend money on, but man oh man what a car. It's totally crazy, I have never felt this way about a car before, and I've owned/worked on some classics.

I'm going to have it professionally installed. A childhood friend of mine runs the local shop who has "audio-systemed my car up" for the last 8 years, and he's a big help!

He is pushing me toward JL on everything power and sub-wise.
