[QUOTE=cbender,Nov 24 2004, 11:25 AM]Heh, Modifry, here's an odd question for you, but is there any way that I can use the device to drive a temperature display for my OIL temperatures (I currently use one of the AEM EMS EGT inputs to monitor my oil temps using a sensor mounted in my oil pan)?

In it's current configuration the module will accept an input from any sensor that provides a 0-1v DC signal. I'm using 1v because that's where the stock sensor is when the temperatures become meaningful and because that gives me (hopefully) resolution to .001volts.
how quick does this unit response modifry?
do you think it can be hooked to a wideband 0-1V output?

Perhaps Stage 2 should be a preprocessor that looks at several inputs and can display different ones at the press of a button. And with alarm limits so that if one signal goes beyond a threshold it jumps to the front and emits an alarm.

But as I say, Stage 2...

The factory ECT gauge has a 10-second delay per segment, so I don't think this would be a good application.

[QUOTE=modifry,Nov 16 2004, 08:10 AM]I will do some testing on '04 cars after I'm done with the module for earlier years.
