What size speakers did you have installed?

 

I have 6.5 inches installed in both doors./

 

Alpine Type S 6.5 components in my doors.
Crossovers are mounted inside the door panel,
inside a section that is perfect for them.

Where? In the doors?

Over the years I've had Alpine SPX 177's (6.75")and currently I have AlphaSonik 3ways (6.5"/5.25") In each case the tweeter was the same size. In both cases the crossovers where located safely in the trunk away from the elements as your door get water in them every time you drive in the rain or wash the car.
