Hey guys, well best buy installed my alarm but im not 100% pleased with everything they did..needless to say.. and its having problems with the prox. sensors.... so i want to learn how to do it myself...does anyone know of a good guide for noobs for alarm installation?

 

DEI alarms come with pretty good guides. I am an installer of viper alarms and i could mail you a couple install guides and also a whole sheet that tells you where every wire in an s2000 is located and what colors they are. Its the same info i use on all my installs. Its very simple. I would only ask for like 10 bucks

 

bah -- $10 for that? unless it is costing you $10 in S&H, i can't see that being appropriate.

that whole "sheet of connections" is already listed on this forum several places (including linked in the FAQ under #Alarms).
