Alarm won't stop going off

Alarm won't stop going off
My 2004 S2000 alarm, installed when the car was new by the dealer, won't turn off. It honks repeatedly. I can't deactivate it with the fob. The only way to get it to stop is by unhooking the battery.
After reading forum topics, I've tried:
1. Replacing the car battery
2. Replacing the fob battery
3. connecting the battery with the ignition turned on
4. starting the car
5. pressing and holding the fob arm and disarm for up to 5 seconds
6. pressing the fob arm and disarm several times
The alarm led on the dashboard flashes twice.
The car is undrivable. How can I fix this or disable the alarm?

Not sure if I can help but offering you some things to try.
1. Use your key to lock and unlock your driver door, this may disable the alarm
2. Look for fuse, take out fuse and see if this helps
3. Key in ignition (on position), look for a red or black button near your steering column, press it.
3. Look up the brand name, Google diagram, find the brain (small black box usually) and start looking for problems or better yet get someone to rip it out. Alarms are pointless and cause more problems than their worth.
Let me know how it goes!

Assuming you have the OEM Honda accessory alarm, the installation instructions can be found here.
Hopefully you can figure out how to remove it.
FYI after removal you'll need to get a non-alarm key fob, as the alarm comes with a new key fob which communicates with the alarm
which in turn sends lock/unlock commands via wire to the keyless entry module rather than directly from the fob as the original fob does.
The key itself will still lock/unlock the doors and start the car however.
