Default Alpine CDA-105 HU Aux

I have a Alpine CDA-105 HU, and this cable:

Is this for the auxiliary? Which cable should I buy that can fit into that cable? I've been looking everywhere for an auxiliary cable with that pin pattern. Any help would be appreciated!

there is a cable that will plug into it and an iPod and allow the HU to control the iPod.

Yeah, I'm trying to find that cable that plugs into that, with a male auxiliary on the other end. Or is that plug only for ipod?

I have not seen anything other than the iPod connector.
