I got a 9815 from another user here, and im trying to work the Ipersonalize system. I created settings and downloaded them to a cd-r. (A_US2k.mp3). When i insert the disk in the HU, it reads 5 secs of the file and reports "error" The manual says I must make sure it's in CD mode and hold [play/pause] button for 2 secs... this does nothing on my system... any help out there? any websites that give support for ipersonalize? alpine site sux.
