I have been searching to no avail. I'm not sure what to look under.

I want to get a new head unit. I'm by no means a audiophile, but I need a little more sound because my exhaust, turbo, and innovative mounts make a lot of extra noise. I want something that looks stock, but works awesome... maybe something that will power the stock speakers better. It has to have amber or red lighting. NO blue or green or whatever else is out there. And has to be ipod capable.

Budget is not a problem, but like I said I'm not an audiophile and don't need the latest and greatest thing out. Unless it has amber lighting, LOL.

Thanks and please, if this has been covered before (I'm sure it has) please point me in the direction and don't waste mine and your time telling me it has.

If budget is not a problem, then you might wanna consider the Nakamichi CD400 or CD500. Highend brand, highend sound. I believe several members here has it.
This unit is pretty old, you might have a problem finding it.

My Eclipse head unit has a button to switch between red, green and blue colors at the push of a button. I'm happy with it.

Buy my JVC head unit (mint condition) lol. Has color illumination $30.

Can you guys tell me what they are other than the name brand? I'd like to see what they look like.

I think I've heard about the Nakamichi being junk. But one person's opinion isn't much.

Nakamichi definitely used to be high quality gear. I honestly don't have any experience with their new stuff, but I'm sure they are still high quality.

it can illuminate all red, i like it a lot. it has full ipod/iphone control, and pandora control through your iphone. also you can add bluetooth, satellite hd, factory radio controls....
