Default which amp?

I was wondering which amp would be a really good match for the Infinity KAppa Perfect 6.1. I will have a stock head unit, but will most likely change it later on. does having a stock head unit affect sound quality? Also, i plan of putting the amo under the passenger seta, is that ok?

You should try searching a bit as the stock HU quality question comes up quite often. Short answer, yes, it affects sound quality a LOT.

Have you taken a good look under the passenger seat? There are VERY few amps that will work under there. I'm not saying there aren't any, but its a pretty small space. Buying an amp to fit under there, provide good power, and still run cool, is going to cost some serious $$$.

Why not take a look around the electronics section, do a search, and see what others have done. There are a lot of places to put an amp in this car.

Driver seat has a lot more room under it than passenger seat. I had my amp installed under driver seat without any ventilation problem.

The amp is Memphis MC2004 4-channel with 50W/ch.
The largest amp can be fitted under driver seat without ventilation problem and the seat can be adjusted: 10"x12"x2"
