Amp install--need help!!!

I was thinking of mounting my amp in the tool kit area, but I'm concerned about air circulation--where did you all mount yours?
Later on I'm going to install an Alpine amp and mono amp on the trunk lid like the saddle bags are--but thats doown the road.
