I have decided not to get an Xtant but instead I want to get either an Audison, Genesis, or Brax. Does anyone have practical experience or input? The models are Brax- X 2400.2, Audison- VRx 4.300.2, and Genesis Profile Sub/Profile 2 Ultra.
I want to drive Focal 165 KP and probably an Alphasonik sub with a Alpine 9835 HU. Will this combination work well and be effective?

I am kidding. The truth is, I have no idea which amp is better because they all are excellent amps and cost a ton of money. I am not sure they will sound that much better than cheaper amps at highway speed with top down. But they will sound terrific in city speed or in your garage.

On a side note. I'm an Alphasonik dealer and I can build you a sub box and supply you the sub for a great price!

 

The gear is great. IMHO, too great. This gear really is a waste in an s2000. Unless you are getting the stuff for amazing prices (which is almost impossible to do on that stuff).....you simply wont notice the benefits of that gear in a loud car like the s2000. Also, if you really are set on that stuff....

I would look at Helix (Brax's lower line, but still better than most amps) or Tru technology.

I still think however, they are overkill. Also, if you are getting the prime choice, grade A amplifiers, you need to get speakers that are worthy. Get the Focal Utopias over the KPs.
