Default Another IPod question...

I have a 2005 S2000 with a stock headunit. I did not opt for the XM option, so i have a free "Aux" space, i would assume..

I think, I would like to attach a RCA-mini plug into the avaliable slot. From all my searching in this forum and googling, I've came to realize that *most* XM modules are RCA, correct?

If it is, then i SHOULD have an RCA-in port open for what I wanna do right?

Lastly, We have the "anti-theft" light/thing in our cars. If i remove my headunit, is there anything I should do to make everything work again? What problems would I probably run into?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! If anyone can include a picture of a 2005 headunit (the back), i'd appreciate that a lot.

Thanks in Advance

You will need the anti-theft code. You should have gotten one when you bought the car. If not I think the 05 should have the code on the inside of the glove-box door. Its a four or five digit number. When you power up the HU it will ask for this code. Just punch it in using the numbers on the radio preselects and you are good to go.

You do not have a direct RCA input in your car. You will need to get a adapter to plug it in. Log jam electronics sells one for around $100. Do a search and you should find it.

Does the 2005 S2000 have a "glove box"?

the interface is designed specifically for the "stock" XM piece. It is not RCA. Here is the adapter you are going to need for the 05 stock head unit to hook up an RCA in.
