Anyone bought from ETronics.com before?

I bought from them and had HUGE problems!!
It was an RF add-on type CD Changer. The unit would not work in my truck. Unit was DOA first, they exchanged it. The RF adapter was very short and I think there was too much interference for it to work. The sound was horrible. I asked to return, they said no problem. When I sent it back they exchanged it claiming the box was too beat up for them to restock. I complained that the box is exactly the way I recieved it. (They shipped the manufacture's box without any addidtonal packaging.)
I disputed with BBB and took it as far as I could before I sold the unit to my friend. Works fine in his truck. Bottom line though, the would not work with me on it at all. All they wanted to do was exchange for the same unit. The design of the unit did NOT work for me, and they said too bad.
Prices are good, and I had ordered many things from them before that. I will NEVER work with them again, and I discourage anyone else from working with them. I was always polite and professional with them, and I even spoke to the owner. They were very unprofessional. Avoid them.
