I'm trying to find a shieldd multi-strand cable, but I don't know the wire gauge. I want to get wire as close as possible.

That stuff is definitely 20 guage or smaller...it's been a while since I looked at it. You may have a difficult time finding multi-stranded wire at that small of a guage as the individual wires will be extremely thin. Any particular reason you want multi-strand of that guage?
