What does Modifry CH Button do?

What does Modifry CH Button do?
I have an alpine ida-x100 with the wired DCI. If i listen to MP3s off a USB drive, what does the "CH" or CH +/- button suppose to do? It does nothing for me so was wondering if its just me.
I get..
Audio control - Switch between Radio and USB Drive
(+) - volume up
(-) - volume down
Audio + (+/-) - tracks up/down
Mute - is mute
Anything else im missing? Theres not a button for me to change between folders off a USB?
