Default Aura Bass Shaker

I have the stock radio, with an 8" Bazooka, and pretty satified with the sound. But there was never the shake.

So I did something impulsive, I just ordered a pair the Aura Bass Shakers, never heard of them before until yesterday browsing this forum. Descriptions of it, makes it seem exactly what i want.

so now i want to see some picture how to mount them. I want to put behind the seats in the pocket. Is it as simple as sliding them in. If you have pictures please post.

Also, power source, the are only 25 Watts. So I was planning to run it from the Rear Channel of the Stock radio. Has anyone done this? If so I would appreciate comments.

Thanks

I had no luck running them from an after-market radio and it had more power than the stock HU. They just weren't getting enough power, but then mine are mounted to the floor, you may get better results on the seats.

I have been running mine with a 50W x 2 (rms) amp for several years with no trouble, even though I'm sure I'm pushing the 25W rating to the limit.

Trying to move something as massive as a car (mounting them to the floor) is not an easy job for something so small. The seat is a more reasonable sized object.

^ But the floor has a larger surface area, is planar (like a speaker), and being basically sheet metal, flexes easier. At least that's my excuse.

I was interested is getting some sound out of them in addition to vibration. For maximum vibration I'm sure the seat is a better option.
