Hey everyone. I'm looking for some amp suggestions to power the Alpine SWR T10 that came with the footwell sub I just picked up off a former S2000 owner. I am considering either a PPI 1000.1 or a Kicker 11IX1000.1, but to be totally honest, I have no idea what I am looking at. I've chosen these purely because they are rated either at or close to the 600 watt, 4 Ohm rating of the alpine sub.

Any suggestions?

 

I'm running mine using the sub channel on my Alpine PDX-V9 which is 500W.

Alpine's own recommendation is an amp somewhere between 250 and 550W see http://www.alpine-usa.com/product/view/swr-t10/
