I ruled out HUs that didn't have this feature. I wanted steaming audio so I could hear my phone's GPS directions over Bluetooth. I think most do this over streaming audio, not the Bluetooth headset feature. I hate that I have to set my HU (Kenwood KDC X994) to the Bluetooth input though. It would be the bomb if the GPS directions interrupted the music. I can't stand music over Bluetooth though. Sound quality is about as "good" as satellite radio which is unlistenable IMHO as the upper frequencies are just too washed out.

I mounted it on right of my steering column, right above the wiper stalk. Can hardly notice it. People say I sound fine. Don't know what the settings are; they're default. I have an OEM hard top so haven't tried it with the top down.
