For the Treo guys, check out www.Treonauts.com, they have many good reviews on equipment and software for the Treo. There is a free software fix for the volume problem on the Treo, I found it on that site.

Its amazing how different the opinions are on the HS850. Some love it and some hate it. I just ordered a Bluespoon AX. I have no delusions that it will work in an open car, it's for day to day use.

I've found a USB to 2.5 phono adaptor. It's a Samsung part and I might buy it so I can figure out the pin assignments on the mini usb for the V3. In theory I should be able to get any wired headset and cut off the phono plug and attach a mini usb. Does anyone here have experience with this?

I have tried the moto 850, the jabra bt800, and the plantronic m2500, and haven't liked any of them with the top down. I have gone back to my wired hands free. Maybe I should call Jabra to see what they say??

I have had success with both a Jabra BT250 and a MOT HS850 with my Treo. I add a wind boom foam pad thingy over the mic and this helps the outgoing wind noise tremendously

I got my AX a few days ago and am happy to report that I can use it in a closed S2000. The volume is just loud enough for me to hear the caller even with the road noise coming through the top. The other side can hear OK, though the sound quality is a little "tinny" or mechanical sounding (characteristic on this product). With the top open, it's useable around town (less than 40mph), but it's noisy.

The Motorla HS 850 is the best I have used... and I have tried the Logitech, Jabra and Sony.

**BUMP** for this. Any longterm reviews for the Logitech? It appears that it's the only reviewed one in this thread without negatives.

I've been using the Sony Ericsson HBH-662 with my Treo 650 for a couple months now. Top down windows up works great. Works well with the windows down when I'm downtown in Honolulu, but windows down isn't to good on the highway. Sound quality is awsome, it's light, and it looks good with lots of Treo users giving it good reviews. That's my 2 cents.

Nate.
