Default Breaker install

I am install a 150amp breaker in my car. I have the battery relocated to the trunk. I am also installing a switch relay to cut the power off to car from the batter. Do I need to install a fuse box in between the cars fuse box in the front and the breaker? I have a 150amp ANL fuse box I was planning to install.

You don't need a fuse between the fusebox and breaker. I'm running a 150amp breaker between my fusebox and battery that has been relocated.

kill switch pretty much turns the power off to everything as well as not have anything drain the battery since it sits for long periods of time and my battery ends up dying in a few days.
