First of all, audio is always a highly subjective matter. Second, best/good/bad/better are all subjective words no matter what the topic. You've listed equipment but you haven't provided your criteria so it's impossible to give you feedback relevant to you. Have you listened to any of the options (your best bet for determining what you prefer)? What music do you listen to? What are you specifically trying to achieve? you need to be very specific regarding what you mean by "best sound quality" and can't just assume that your notion is the same everyone else's. What aspects of sound quality are you looking to improve and by how much?

If you get the 3 channel amp, you don't need the mono amp.
