actually, listening to it again, i think its just that the door rattles. for some reason the door rattling sounds like the speaker cracking, but the sound comes the strongest about a foot to the right of the speaker. anyway to make the rattling stop?
or turn your bass boost COMPLETELY OFF on your amp....unless of course you have that going to a sub, which it sounds like you dont.....
I'm with John, pop the door panel off and dynamatt the door frame.
Also, take a look (as best you can) in the door and make sure nothings fallen inside of it.
Lastly, while you have the door panel off, make sure everything on it's tight and that all of the panel-pops are in good shape.

I have the same problem, and I'm only using MB Quarts running off of an Alpine HU. I thought it was my speakers, since they did this on both the stock and Alpine HU, but after using another set and getting the same problem, I'm beginning to think it's either noise from something or the doors.

My friend's car had the same problem today when I went over to install his Polk Momo's. Now I'm definitely sure it's the door. It's comming from somewhere near the door latch. It sounds like it's comming from the speaker since it's so close to it. Dynamat Extreme, here I come.
By the way bondo doesn't vibrate.
