Default Clifford Matrix 10.5 bypass problem

I have a Matix 10.5 and have a problem that I need to resolve quickly. Since this alarm has a proximity sensor it goes crazy during rain storms and I end up having to shut it off in order to get some sleep.

I know I can hit the arm button twice to bypass the the proximity but the alarm will still go off due to the vibration from thunder (So. FL).

While trying to figure it out I some how completely bypassed the proximity sensor and can not get it back to normal. When I lock the car it automatically bypasses the proximity. How do I correct this and set it up so that it works properly during a rain storm??????

Plaese help I've had my seat and radio and steering wheel stolen twice this years!!!!

Read that too. Went to a local shop today and they swapped out the brain of the alarm and transponders for $60. New alarm for $60, can't beat that.
